ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

In order to enter the online website and send abstracts which will be accepted as Oral Communication or E-poster for the Physician and Nurse & Technician sessions, you have to click on the web link and to follow the information.

On-line abstracts only will be accepted.

Dead-line for abstract presentation is 22 July 2019.

Abstracts wil be sent to the Scientific Committee for evaluation. Confirmation of acceptance and full details about presentation will be sent to the presenting Author no ater than 7 September 2019.

Each presenting Author (oral and e-poster) must be registered to the Meeting.

CLINICAL CASE PRESENTATION

Congress participants are invited to submit clinical cases of particular interest and didactic value.

Clinical case authors must the registered to the Meeting in order to present their case.

Instructions for sending clinical cases

in order to participate in the Clinicial case Sessions it is necessary to send the case no later thanl 22 July 2019 as enclosure to the email address casesgise2019@oic.it

  • “slide presentation” in PowerPoint per Windows or pdf format with “embedded” images (do not enclose video of the presentation)
  • e-mail object “Clinical Case GISE 2019”
  • enclosures must not exceed 8 Mb
  • presentation and discussion of the case must be included in one file indicating:
    - field of application (coronaric, structural, periferic)
    - rational
    - technical resolutions
    - clinical implications
    - perspectives

Besides the technical performance, rational, clinical implications, perspectives, suggestions will be considered and evaluated. A brief introduction and discussion inputs must also be included in the clinical case.

Acceptance notification and full details about presentation will be sent to the presenting Author no later than 7 September 2019.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGES

English and Italian will be official languages. Simultaneous translation will be available during morning session in Silver Room only.

SLIDE CENTRE

Speakers are invited to use the programme PowePoint per Windows They should deliver their slides (pen drive or memory stick) to the Slide Centre.

Speakers with PowerPoint presentation on pen drive or memory stick: must deliver the material to the Slide Centre 1 hour before theit sessions or the day before their sessions if the presentation is scheduled during the first session in the morning.

Speakers with presenttion on their PC: must contact the Slide Centre at least 2 hours before their presentation or the day before their session if the presentation is scheduled during the first session in the morning.

Video projection: if videos are DVD format, separated from the presentation, they must be delivered to the Slide Centre at least 3 hours before the session or the day before their session if the presentation is scheduled during the first session in the morning.

ECM CREDITS (solo per i partecipanti italiani)

Il programma scientifico del Congresso sarà sottoposto dal provider OIC Srl (n. 2836) per l’ottenimento dei crediti ECM secondo la regolamentazione approvata dalla Commissione Nazionale per la Formazione Continua il 13 gennaio 2010 e s.m.i.

I crediti saranno rivolti a Medici (Cardiologia, Anestesia e rianimazione, Cardiochirurgia, Chirurgia vascolare, Geriatria, Medicina interna, Nefrologia, Neurologia, Radiodiagnostica) e Infermieri – TSRM – TFCEPC.

Si ricorda che avranno diritto ai crediti solo coloro che saranno presenti per l’intera durata del Congresso e che al termine seguiranno la procedura on-line che verrà comunicata più avanti.

La rilevazione delle presenze avverrà tramite scanner posto all’ingresso della sede.

Obiettivo formativo: Linee guida, protocolli, procedure diagnostiche e terapeutiche.
